How often do we hear and say that word in our world today? By definition it should be an easy thing to do - right??

 

Yet sadly most of us don't know HOW to relax. In our hurried world where we are always on the go we tend to run on high levels of adrenaline to cope with the stress

of daily life. And unfortunately, even when we have time to "relax" our bodies often remain in a constant state of alert making relaxation impossible.

 

Most of us don't need anyone to tell us that living in this state and being constantly on edge compromises our health - we can FEEL it! But how do we make changes to move towards health?
